Our goal is to learn about mindfulness and ways to engage in self-care, then to share those new skills with the school and the wider Wall community.
Welcome Back to Be Well!
We are so excited to begin another school year providing support, wellness, and ways to engage in self-care. Our goal is to promote mindfulness, gratitude, and foster a positive school climate for all our students and staff. We hope to share the skills we learn in our school and in the community. Please join us for mindfulness practices, giving thanks, and other approaches to help put your best foot forward
